My work transforms everyday items and recycled materials into high-impact, visually compelling narratives. I have a deep affinity for upcycling unique and historically significant objects—ranging from broken jewelry, vintage paper, scrap leather to industrial 1970s gold-plated copper sheeting originally manufactured for Commodore computers. Instead of letting these materials end up in a landfill, I hand-cut and juxtapose them into fine art through collage and the traditional methods of repoussé, hand-drawing intricate bas-relief textures directly onto industrial metals. Visually, my work bridges the gap between art history and natural beauty, drawing heavy inspiration from the organic curves of the Art Nouveau movement, the geometric symmetry of Art Deco, and turn-of-the-century fashion illustration. I pair these design aesthetics from the Belle Époque era with painting, found-object collage, themes of nature, feminine beauty, and the regal elegance of Hellenistic Greek antiquity. Original physical works from my collection including a featured large-scale statement piece, are immediately available for direct sale and corporate leasing, and select mixed-media paintings are available as high-resolution archival prints scalable for large-format display.
