SPEED LIMIT 70 is a dynamic and fun five-piece cover band, performing the classic hits everyone knows and loves from the 70s through the 00s, with a heavy emphasis on music from the 70s and 80s. The band features four primary vocalists, which allows for a lot of musical variety, harmony vocals, and diversity.
Since debuting in May 2012, SPEED LIMIT 70 has performed more than 700 shows in venues, restaurants, performing arts centers, and hotels throughout Central Florida.
Performances have included large-scale events like the City of Maitland’s “Get Down Downtown” Street Party, the City of Winter Garden’s July 4th Celebration at Tanner Hall (6 years), the City of Winter Park’s Earth Day Celebration in Central Park, the City of Kissimmee’s July 4th Celebration in Kissimmee Lakefront Park through Cox Entertainment Group, Lake-Sumter State College’s “Soaring through the Decades” 60th Year Celebration, and their 38th Annual Fundraising Gala, City of Maitland Rotary Art Festival, Osceola County Fair, and more.
We have provided entertainment for many corporate functions, including at World Center Marriott, Renaissance Sea World Hotel, Brownwood Hotel in The Villages, Universal Hard Rock Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach – and more.
